About Me
Hi! My name is Gabriella Horn and I have been lifting weights since 2019. And I am not talking about the kind of weight lifting that you see in competitions. I am talking about simple resistance training that has built my muscle and strength over years of progress. It was a friend who got me started on this journey, and that is what I want to be for all of my clients. I want to be the friend that gives you the support you need to keep coming back, the structure to follow to see results, and the motivation to push you past the limits you might set for yourself. The gym can be a scary place - anything we are unsure of is always intimidating. So I want to make it as easy as possible for you to find confidence in strengthening your body, whether that is at home or in the gym.
Training with me involves building strength from whatever point you are at in your fitness journey. I will meet you where you are, and we will build together with a focus on quality, pain-free movement and strength that translates beyond the weights floor. My mission is to help all of my clients move well, feel confident and shift from chasing a number on the scale to chasing a feeling of strength and empowerment. Because everyone deserves to move well and feel good.
Personal Training Packages
These packages are designed for clients who are able to attend regular one-on-one training sessions with me in person at our gym in Taradale. The structure, progressions, and support within each block work best when combined with consistent face-to-face coaching, where we can focus on technique, accountability, and making adjustments specific to your goals.
